I love these two cookbooks, I use them all the time...I have a few other favorites like "French Farmhouse Cookbook" by Susan Herrmann Loomis who purchased a home in France, her book is fabulous too! another I enjoy cooking from is The French Market by Joanne Harris & Fran Warde, and Receipes from a Provencal Kitchen by Michel Biehn :) Enjoy cooking and sharing these wonderful meals...I frequently in the winter make the French Onion Soup, Boeuf Bourguignon and my French Grandma's recipe for Tarte Tourtiere...
