Those words are from the Dalai Lama, I read them today and thought of my lovely dogs because one of them, Luna, is sick. I had to take her to the vet last night.
She was really scared and shaky, but the whole time she kept looking for my eyes as if she needed to know I was there in order to feel safe. My heart was melting!
Luna needs another test on monday and it might take a few more days to know the results,so in the meanwhile, I can just say that pets are the best companions a girl can have.

ResponderEliminarI hope the vet is able to make Luna well. Our family dog is getting on in years (she is 10). She follows me everywhere in the house, and keeps her eyes on me. She has a different relationship with each person in my family, giving differently to each of us :) Our pets are special...
